i feel like i'm drifting away from this whole "furry" thing. i mean, i never considered myself a furry, i just loved drawing dogs but i hate being grouped into this sort of .. i dunno "desu dog" sort of thing. i mean, it's gotten pretty ridiculous. you look at popular artists' "fursonas" (fuck i hate that word so much, it's so creepy) and it's just everyone trying to be more and more original by adding ridiculous dog-hair, neon designs, arm-bands, piercings, one hundred tails. just weird shit. i mean, i'm not bashing on anyone in particular. i just think this whole thing has gotten pretty dumb. half the dogs people draw don't even look like dogs anymore, they look like alien-dog-hybrids from outer space. i still love drawing dogs and wolves and canines and whatever, but i hate that i get grouped into the category as the people above. i think it's embarassing.

i have no idea where i'm going with this. i still draw every day. drawing is my life. i do mostly traditional media and visual entries in my mokeskine. i will start to upload more art, but my art has taken a pretty different direction. sorry for being so inactive, i promise i'll try to comment more and upload more. :[

i was thinking of taking a few art trades. is anyone interested? i'm pretty slow so if you're willing to wait up to like 3 to 4 weeks for your half then that would be sweet. i hate rushing. but i've been feeling heaps inspired artwise lately so i think i can get them done in a few days! send me a message if you're interested, i'll only be taking a few so please don't be offended if i say no.

hello guys. sorry about the serious lack of updates. i don't have internet access on my computer and that's where i draw all my art so i haven't been uploading anything i've drawn. i've been experimenting with a bunch of different styles. i'm trying to make a few pieces to put together for my portfolio and putting a bunch of pictures of dogs in there isn't exactly what i want haha. so yeah, i'll be getting the internet back on my computer soon so i'll upload a bunch of second-rate art haw haw haw.

thanks to everyone who voted for my lupe last week. i ended up winning first in species. anyways i decided to do this crazy 100 picture challenge thingy to help me improve in my art. everyone should join in. it'll be fun.

the point of this challenge is to test and improve your skill as an artist. After 100 pics who wouldn’t be better. Please forgive me if this in any way excludes you from taking the challenge.
