Well, this is basically how I draw my pictures. I was inspired to make this after I saw May's one. :D If you have an questions or are unsure of anything then just leave me a comment and I'll try and explain it again. Sorry if parts of this don't make much sense: I was in a bit of a rush to finish it, haha.

Oh, and sorry for the giant filesize! :(

how do you do thet different color thingy the shades and stuff!!
Nice. I do though, have soemthing to offer that may save your sanity forever! If you finished line art that you made with the hard 9 brush has no holes in it... ctrl click on the thumbnail of that layer. Make a new layer above it and with the selection still made, fill it with the body color. That will hopefully save you a ton of time spent on eraseing the stuff that went outside the lines.
